Published case study
A small Melbourne commercial builder
The builder was running on conversations, site meetings and handshake agreements. Drawings and project information were hard to track down, what the business knew sat with individuals rather than in a system, and month-end reporting was assembled by hand. Peter joined in 2019 and was given a free hand to fix it, putting financial control, document management and reporting onto a single platform. Procore published the result as a customer case study.
What changed
- Monthly reporting cut by 96 per cent, from a day and a half to about thirty minutes
- 90 to 95 per cent of construction workflows brought onto one platform
- Company-wide visibility across budgets, forecasts and project performance
- Defects resolved faster through real-time collaboration on site
